The highly anticipated rematch between Virginia Tech and Virginia Women’s Rugby (UVA) did not disappoint, as the teams finished within a conversion of each other. The torrential downpour meant neither side could play the brand of rugby that they enjoy most, but the rain tested the teams’ adaptability. Both teams are better for the game, and the Hokies remain undefeated in the Mason-Dixon conference’s northern division at 7-0.
