Howard University Women's+ Rugby is heading to the Collegiate Rugby Association of America (CRAA) Women’s Division II Spring 15s Championship, and is doing so as a second-year program. It’s quite the achievement considering that the Washington, D.C., team started 2022-23 wondering whether it could field a 15s team at all this year.
