National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) begins its 2023 season this Friday, and Division I has a full slate of games this weekend. It’s always an exciting time as the NCAA varsity sphere initiates a whole new class of student-athletes and returners embrace new and different roles in their home clubs. Top of mind are those NIRA players who were active in the USA Pathways this past summer, and none were more visible than Harvard University sophomore Tiahna Padilla.
