The 1972 Miami Dolphins stand as the only NFL team to complete an undefeated season with a Super Bowl championship. As the Saints (Sacramento, Calif.) built momentum through the Rugby NorCal high school 7s season, coach Wes Hilger mentioned that feat to the players, and they worked that challenge into their goals. Earlier this month, the Saints capped a 16-0 season with a Northern California 7s title.
