The Pacific Northwest Loggers is the official USA Rugby National Development Program (NDP) for the region, and now that cross-border competitions have returned, there’s been additional movement for the girls’ programming. Heidi Whitman is the new Director of Rugby for the girls, serving as head coach for the Washington U16 and U18 All-Stars as well as the Pacific Northwest Loggers.
