The Women’s Premier League (WPL) restarts this weekend for the second half of the regular season. Before Round 4 kicks off, check out the leading point-scorers after three weeks:

The golden boot of Atlanta’s Laoise O’Driscoll sees the Harlequin atop the point-scorers with 40 (2T, 9C, 4P). New York’s Mary McCarthy isn’t far behind, matching O’Driscoll off the tee but one try short for 35 points. Glendale’s Justine Wypych, week one’s MVP, leads all try-scorers with seven for 35 points.
This Saturday, San Diego (2-1) hosts Berkeley (0-3), and ORSU (1-2) travels to Glendale (3-0) in the Blue Conference. The Red Conference games occur on Sunday, as Twin Cities (2-1) plays D.C. (0-3), and New York (3-0) heads to Atlanta (1-2). No team is out of the race in terms of qualifying for the championship semifinals, as 3-3 teams have advanced to the final four in the past.
