Congratulations to the women named to the Rugby Northeast All-Conference Teams. The league hosts Tier 1 and Tier 2 DII college competitions, and therefore, two separate teams have been chosen.

Tier 1 conference champion Saint Michael’s College leads all selections with nine. The Vermont team advanced to the DII fall quarterfinals before dropping a tough game to Coast Guard.

Included are the league’s top-three point-scorers through the regular season (according to the Rugby Northeast website): Providence’s Mickayla Roan (112 pts., 14T, 21C), Saint Michael’s Ashley Cook (108 pts., 4T, 44C) and Franklin Pierce’s Pam Denomme (87 pts., 9T, 21C).
