Two Americans are representing the Mexico national 7s team in the HSBC USA Women’s 7s tournament. Karmin Macedo and Adriana Mendoza both featured for Mexico in the Rugby World Cup Sevens in San Francisco (along with Ariana Lewis) and are back at it in Glendale, Colo., this weekend.
Mexico started with a rough outing against last year’s Women’s Sevens Series winners Australia, and Mendoza talks about that learning opportunity as well as those experienced in San Francisco.
