
National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) postponed its championship 15s season for the women this fall, but that doesn’t mean the first half of the 2020-21 season will be idle. A slate of educational and competition opportunities await for dues-paying members, as well as a full year of insurance.
First, teams need to register themselves and their players to take advantage of the fall programming. There are two options to register to accommodate differently sized programs, as well as a special discount for founding members:
• Option 1: $160/team + $65/player
• Option 2: $1,300/team + $20/player
• Special “Founding Members” Option: $900/team (discounted $400) + $20/player (Offer expires Sept. 30, 2020)
Once registered, teams can participate in the fall programming, which includes:
• 6-week virtual coaching course in partnership with Major League Rugby’s Rugby United New York and its management and exciting guest coaching speakers. Participants must register as a coach before signing up for the coaching courses on:

• Establishment of Men’s and Women’s Growth and Development Coordinators promoting the creation of rugby at schools that presently do not offer it or do so for just one gender and also to provide guidance and solutions to help existing programs that are struggling.
