The USA Rugby DII Fall College Championship occurs next weekend and so this is the penultimate ranking before the semifinals and final play out in Matthews, N.C.

The rankings are for the most part self-explanatory: The four semifinalists lead the lists and any relatively close matches during last weekend were considered in the subsequent ranking. There was some consideration for the Fall Round of 32 outcomes, but really, a two-game weekend in terrible conditions is a totally different scenario to a one-off match.
TRB is working up reports for the four title contenders, starting with the newcomer Colorado School of Mines and DI-hardened Winona State. Vassar and Coast Guard to come.
