The Northeast Regional Cup Tournament (RCT) saw high school all-star teams from Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Western New York, Connecticut and Maryland compete in Tier 1 and Tier 2 divisions. The Massachusetts Youth Rugby Association, host of the talent I.D. and scouting event, then named all-tournament teams that honored outstanding players on the weekend.
Pennsylvania won both tiers and placed 16 players on the Tier 1 and Tier 2 All-Northeast RCT teams.
