The Ohio Aviators Rugby Academy is two years into its U19 programming, and director Allan Hanson has spent that time developing an in-state, select side pathway and connecting it with next-level opportunities. His own rugby upbringing has been a source of inspiration, and the relationships he built during his career have aided this building process.
