National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) held its Division III 7s championship last weekend in rural West Virginia, and Bowdoin College returned to Brunswick, Maine, with a second-straight trophy. But head coach Laura Miller explained that the title run isn't the focus of the spring season or finale weekend.
