DI Elite Game Canceled

Penn State and BYU did not play their third-place match on Saturday, May 5 during the DI Elite National Championship. CSU Fullerton’s Hydraflow Field was used for consolation games only, and the teams deemed the pitch conditions unacceptable, and forfeited the game together. Photos show PVC pipe posts duct-taped together and a cross bar dipping in the center. The team captains posted a video explaining their decision, but we’ll get more information from the teams and USA Rugby.
