Divine Savior Holy Angels (DSHA) has reiterated its dominance in the single-school realm, winning the 2023 Girls High School 15s National Tournament for a 10th time since 2004. The Milwaukee, Wisc., program achieved the milestone in front of a hometown crowd, as the tournament unfolded at the Wisconsin Rugby Complex in Cottage Grove from May 20-21.
