When Sara Dougherty discovered rugby, there was just one team in Ethiopia for which she could play. Now that she’s in the U.S., there are more opportunities to play the sport, but the Illinois resident still has to be very proactive in finding quality field time. Dougherty recently attended the USA U18 Winter 15s Camp at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Site, and now her goals are evolving even more.
