All of the 2022 National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) championship 15s teams stayed atop their respective Coaches Polls this fall, and for good reason. All three are heading back to Houston, Texas, on Dec. 2-3 for 15s nationals. But even with the momentum of a championship trophy, it still takes a lot of work to truly regain that No. 1 status, and Endicott College knows that truth first-hand.
