National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) first held its women’s all-star 7s tournament in January 2018. The 2022 event (Jan. 22-23) brings change – from a new location (Houston), to the addition of a second division – but the competition retains its value as a higher-level playing and coaching opportunity, selection venue, and community builder.
