Harvard University Women's Rugby is the first program to win four National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) championships, and the Class of 2026 has enjoyed three of those title runs. From year to year, there are some constants that define the legacy of Crimson rugby, but every squad is different and treated as such. Every pre-season begins with in-depth conversations on identity, and they take place before the goal-setting and championship chat occur.
