Knightmare won the Rugby Pennsylvania Girls’ High School 7s Championship for a second-straight year, but the notion of “repeating” was never really a discussion point. This year’s team acknowledged the successes of the past and the standards that had been established, but applied energy into forming its own identity and pathway to the podium.
Knightmare registered 31 players for the Rugby PA 7s season, fielding two teams during the fall. Eight players were completely new to rugby, and head coach Joe Capp mixed . . .
