Lee University is the team to beat in the South, and the Flames bring high expectations to every National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) 15s and 7s season they enter. Nothing has changed for fall 2022, as the Tennessee program readies for the NCR Small College Division Regional Championship stage, but the approach has shifted. Lee still wants to win, but has different ideas on how to do that this year.
