The very active North Carolina Youth Rugby (NCYR) All-Stars are back on the pitch for another curtain-raiser ahead of a USA Men’s National Team test. Ahead of the Eagles vs. Spain match this Saturday, July 12, the U18 all-stars will face a USA West 15s select side in Charlotte, N.C.

The 25 players hail from eight rugby teams in North Carolina. State 15s champion Raleigh Cobras lead all selections with 10 players. The Chapel Hill Highlanders (4), Charlotte Cardinals (3), Raleigh Redhawks (2), Hough (2), Clayton, Hoke and Southern Pines are also represented. The hosts will face a team that pulls from Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
