The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) has named its 2025-26 All-Americans, recognizing 93 NCAA varsity athletes across Division I (45), Division II (25) and Division III (23). Thirty seniors, 30 juniors, 19 sophomores, 13 freshmen and a graduate student from 24 women’s rugby programs were placed onto First, Second and Honorable Mention teams.

Rugby is in the NCAA® Emerging Sports™ for Women Program, intended to help schools provide more athletics opportunities for women and more sport-sponsorship options for schools, while helping that sport achieve NCAA championship status.
