ncr.rugby — National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) has finalized the 2026 Summer High Performance Tours, offering elite collegiate athletes the opportunity to compete and develop in top-tier domestic and international environments. Initial All-American selections were made during the 2026 all-star tournaments in January (related: NCR Women’s Director Alycia Washington’s feedback on all-stars), with final roster spots to be determined through scouting at upcoming automatic qualifier events and the 2026 National 7s.
SEVENS FIRST

The NCR All-American Women’s 7s team will travel to Portugal from June 1-8 to compete in the prestigious Algarve 7s, returning to the international stage after an impressive second-place finish in 2025. Read Deven O’Crump’s 2025 interview.
Led by Women’s High Performance Director Jamie Frech, who will serve as head coach for the 7s All-American tour, the squad looks to build on last year’s momentum and take the next step toward a championship performance.
15s IN AUGUST

NCR will also field a Women’s 15s side for domestic matchups in the Midwest, assembling Aug. 14-24. The group will begin in Chicago before relocating to Madison, Wis., for games against top Canadian collegiate programs at Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia. These fixtures continue NCR’s commitment to providing meaningful, high-level competition for women’s 15s athletes.
The 15s All-Americans came into existence last year, making an epic trip to England to run alongside the Rugby World Cup 2025. Head coach Frech talked about the unforgettable experience abroad and looks to repeat those moments in August. Frech had the added benefit of vetting athletes through the first all-star 15s tournament, which brought 100 athletes to Atlanta alongside the 7s all-star tournament in January.
