National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) accounts for 80% of women’s college rugby teams in the U.S., and the organization is poised to make 2024-25 its best year yet. In part one of this season preview, NCR Women’s Director Angela Smarto reviews some of the general changes and upgrades that have been implemented, and part two will dig into the DI, DII and DIII (formerly “Small College”) competitions a bit more.
