USA Rugby re-introduced a U23 All-Star Competition this year, and the eight regional teams are nearly finalized. The field will contest divisional playoffs on June 11-12 in two locations, and the national tournament is June 25-26 in Lemont, Ill., alongside the Women’s Premier League national championship.
