Univ. New Haven Women’s Rugby joined National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) in fall 2021, and Emily Record has been the NCAA varsity program’s head coach since day one. These past four years have seen their trials as the Chargers built from 7s to 15s in Division II, but the rewards are arriving.
