Eight U23 regional all-star teams took to the New England Free Jacks rugby stadium yesterday for the first of two game days in Quincy, Mass. Teams were placed into Tier 1 and Tier 2 brackets for semifinals on Friday, and then on Sunday, they will play to place. These all-star assemblies are much, much more than the results on the scoreboard, but Tier 1 in particular put two competitive games on the pitch that were high in entertainment value.
