Major League Rugby’s New England Free Jacks run one of five USA Pathways National Development Programs (NDPs). The Boston-based organization runs four Free Jacks Academy programs: the U18 Junior Jacks (girls and boys) and U23 Independents (men and women). The women's U23 team is the latest addition to the Free Jacks Academy system and represents the official USA Pathway program for players in the Northeast.
