The 2026 USA Youth & High School Girls' 15s National Championship will feature a specially selected group of women referees who are either in the USA Rugby Referee Pathway Group or aligning for future consideration. The effort is overseen by Women's Elite Rugby (WER) Referee Director Amanda Cox, who will be coaching the 12 referees in Salt Lake City and thus enriching the overall experience of the 15s event.
