The South Atlantic Rugby Conference (SARC) will run out its U23 15s all-star team next Saturday, Sept. 9 against Queens University of Charlotte’s sub-varsity team. The program is technically in its first season, but its roots are in the Carolinas Rugby Geographic Union (CGRU). With the consolidation of many Southeast colleges under National Collegiate Rugby (NCR), the all-star program now operates under NCR’s SARC.
