All competition will now take place on Saturday, January 24, with an extended single day of play utilizing three match fields to complete the championship in full.
Revised Competition Format
15s: All teams will play three matches on Saturday, with matches consisting of two 20-minute halves.
7s: Teams will compete in a modified pool play format followed by knockout rounds. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of four matches.
Sevens pool play begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, with the final kickoff at 12:20 p.m. Knockouts commence at 1:20 p.m. The top-six teams funnel into the Cup bracket, and that final ends the day at 6:20 p.m. Teams that finish 7th-12th after pool play move into the Plate bracket and that final is at 5 p.m. The consolation bracket is for teams 13th-18th after pool play. The following is the new 15s schedule:
8:15 a.m. Bison v Stars (Field 1)
8:15 a.m. Stripes v Hawks (Field 2)
10:20 a.m. Bison v Stripes (stadium)
11:40 a.m. Stars v Hawks (stadium)
2:10 p.m. Bison v Hawks (stadium)
3:20 p.m. Star v Stripes (stadium)
