Utah Youth Rugby Planning for Growth

Utah Youth Rugby (UYR) kicked off its girls' club 15s season on March 7, marking the middle of a year of change for this age group. UYR chair Alex Nunnally and the board have plotted out a five-year plan to grow the game in the state while continuing to stoke regional interest with its high-profile events.

Nunnally started playing rugby in high school in Calgary and continued to play in Chicago during college. He played senior club ball in Texas, and then an injury precipitated a shift to refereeing. The South Jordan . . .
