Univ. Wisconsin Eau Claire (UWEC) has held the top spot on the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Division II Coaches Poll all fall long, but co-head coach Derek Wagner is keenly aware that the competition is different this year. Eau Claire is different this year, too, and taking each post-season stage as it comes, hoping to return to the national championships in defense of its 2022 trophy.
