Varga Digs Into NCR Team Growth & Development

“Development” can apply to many different aspects of college rugby – from players’ skills, to coaching education, to referee recruitment, and much more. For National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Growth & Development Director Christine Varga, she’s invested in building sustainable programs and empowering student leadership, which is at the core of the traditional college rugby experience.

Varga (below, red wetsuit) is the Associate Director of Campus Recreation Programs at Baldwin Wallace Univ., and was the main advocate for the women's rugby team
