In the spring, one can view the full extent of the Westside Rugby Club as it fills two adjacent training pitches in Avon, Ind. There are kindergartners playing flag, adults playing senior club, and everything in between. The players and coaching staff aren’t just visible to each other, but they all interact across age grades, like a proper rugby club.
