The 2026 Women’s Rugby Coaches and Referees Association (WRCRA) Annual Conference is here, returning to The Westin Downtown Denver this Friday-Sunday, Jan. 16-18. The gathering is the largest of its kind, drawing girls and women’s rugby professionals, icons and supporters together for three days of education, connection, joy and a little bit of fangirling. First and foremost, there is still time to register for the event. There are a limited number of walk-up registrations available but they’re not guaranteed, so sign up through the website to ensure entry. There are different rates for WRCRA members and non-members.

This year’s conference revolves around “Building Resilient Programs, Coaches and Players,” and that theme is found in the presentations, myriad coaching sessions, and small group table talks. Check out the full schedule, which begins Friday morning with the invite-only Elevate working group and ends Sunday evening at women’s sports bar The 99ers. Keynote speakers Sylvia Braaten, Dr. Julia Cawthra and Russell Earnshaw punctuate the lineup, and info-rich sessions keep attendees’ schedules fully packed. See the full list of speakers.

In between, be sure to visit the ultra-popular women’s rugby museum; mingle with Eagles and legends alike at the cocktail party and Awards Dinner, which honors Lifetime Achievement Award recipients, among others; check in on the latest regarding Women’s Elite Rugby or the USA Club Rugby AGM; and much, much more.
