In a final effort to become financially viable, The Rugby Breakdown (TRB) has moved to a subscription model as of Feb. 1, 2019. The sole reason for the move is to support a single employee who can create original girls’ and women’s rugby content full-time.
If you’re an existing subscriber, then you’re grandfathered in at your current monthly rate. Just create an account here and you’ll be approved for access ASAP. Additionally, if you’ve donated to the site in the past, then you’ll receive a free year of access once you create an account. New subscriptions are $5/month: LEARN MORE.
The site will still run content on its public side. Press releases, articles submitted to TRB, match photos – anything that TRB did not produce itself will feature for free. News or resources that include original interviews, photography or video will be housed behind the paywall, and you’ll see previews of that content in the public news feed.
