The New England Collegiate 7s Circuit (NEC7C) expanded operations in year two, involving 19 colleges across USA Rugby’s Division I and Division II, and the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO). League commissioner Chip Auscavitch refereed every single tournament and, with the aid of member team coaches, named standout individuals to the All-NEC7C First and Second Teams.

Maine, Babson, New Hampshire and Bentley placed two players each on the teams. Kayla Enriquez (Wesleyan), Hannah Mackay (Stonehill), Nicole McCardle (Endicott) and Margaret Mellitt (Bryant) are all repeat selections, and Northeastern’s Maya Raghavan is the lone freshman.
