The Midwest won the USA Rugby U23 All-Star 15s Tournament for the first time in this modern era of the event. The Thunderbirds beat the Mid-Atlantic and Pacific South during day one in Clearwater, Minn., and then ended with a redemptive title win against the Rocky Mountain Peaks last Sunday.
