As part of the World Rugby’s WXV Global Series, the USA Women’s National Team (WNT) will play three international test matches on three consecutive weekends in October. The Women Eagles will face Italy in Mansfield, Texas (Oct. 17) and Nashville (Oct. 24), and then England in Harrison, N.J. (Oct. 30). In both Tennessee and New Jersey, the USA Men’s National Team (MNT) will also face Australia XV (or Australia A) for doubleheader Saturdays. “The WXV Global Series is a statement of intent for the women’s game,” World Rugby Chief of Women’s Rugby Sally Horrox said. “Building on an era-defining Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, the Series provides quality competition, and further impetus for women’s rugby to reach, inspire and convert new fans. It creates new commercial and hosting opportunities for our national federations, and an exciting platform for the stars of the game to shine on the road to the next Rugby World Cup in Australia.”
The USA Women and Italy will play the first of their two tests on Oct. 17, kicking off at 5 p.m. CT inside the Texas Health Mansfield Stadium. This is the only stop that is not a doubleheader with the USA MNT. The rematch occurs the following Saturday, Oct. 24, inside Nashville’s GEODIS Park. The USA Women and Italy kick off at 3:15 p.m. CT, and then the USA Men and Australia XV follow at 6 p.m. CT. The Women Eagles get a new opponent on Saturday, Oct. 30 and play England at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, N.J., just outside of New York City. They open at 5:15 p.m. ET and the USA vs. Australia XV rematch occurs at 8 p.m. ET.

“USA Rugby is excited to showcase USA Eagles’ energy in new cities across the United States this October,” said USA Rugby CEO Bill Goren. “We’re thrilled to host the WXV Global Series home games in Texas, Tennessee and New Jersey, and welcome international powerhouses Italy and England for some exciting action. Furthermore, as part of two doubleheader events, the USA Men’s Eagles taking on Australia XV will add to the excitement as fans get the chance to experience top tier rugby on U.S. soil as we prepare for the 2031 and 2033 Rugby World Cups.”
