The first round of the Garnet and Gold Classic occurred on Sunday, July 17 at the University of Ottawa, and the two Canadian colleges won their respective games against the USA Rugby age grade teams. Queen's Gaels defeated the USA U20s 76-0, and host Univ. Ottawa Gee-Gees beat the USA U23s 35-24. The second and final round of the series occurs Tuesday, July 19 starting at 4:30 p.m. ET.
