Competitions change each new rugby season, but one thing is assured among New England’s Division II senior clubs: No one team dominates year over year. League champions experience in-season losses and single-digit decisions to their local opposition, and that constant pressure not only sharpens teams but also dilutes the need for competitive friendlies outside of the region.
