The College Rugby Association of America (CRAA) named its women’s Division II All-Americans for the 2024-25 season. Twenty-five players (12 forwards, 13 backs) from seven member schools are represented.

The two-time reigning CRAA DII national champion, Cal Polytechnic State University (“Cal Poly San Luis Obispo”), put five players on the All-American list. The Mustangs beat UC Irvine 64-7 in the 2025 final, and the runners-up have 12 players on the honorary list. Also represented are UC Santa Cruz, Humboldt, UN Las Vegas, San Jose State and CSU Northridge.
