One of the newest NCAA varsity programs, Davenport University played its first Division 2 conference match in National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA). On Saturday, the Panthers traveled 11 hours to meet reigning D2 national champion American International College (AIC) in Rochester, N.Y., and returned to Michigan with a 22-19 win.
