The pools and schedule for the 2019-20 HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series stop in Glendale, Colo. (Oct. 5-6) have been released. The USA will compete in Pool B against France, Ireland and Brazil, and enter the competition as the second-ranked team in the world series.

In 2018, the first year of the Glendale 7s stop, the Americans finished runner-up to New Zealand in the final. It was a launching point for a squad playing its first international tournament under then-new coach Chris Brown. The season ended with the Eagles atop the Paris 7s podium and overall second-place finish on the World Series rankings.
