Frostburg State University Women’s Rugby is in its second year with the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA), and logged a program first when it beat DII New Haven last Saturday. The victory marked the Maryland team’s first, official DII conference win, and it might have sealed a berth to the NIRA semifinals.
