National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) welcomed 19 sides to Austin, Texas, for its annual Women’s All-Star 7s Tournament. Invited guests Ros Chou and Kate Daley — two coaches who represent some of the highest levels of U.S. rugby — surveyed the weekend action and named all-tournament teams for the DI/DII and Small College competitions. Note that selections are hyperlinked to their player profiles, which include their stats for the weekend. It’s a fantastic amenity that isn’t currently replicated elsewhere in the U.S. college game.
