The National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) pre-season rankings have been published and Women's Director Angela Smarto is sharing some inside knowledge on the Division I, Division II and Division III 15s competitions. The fall will culminate with three sets of national championships on Dec. 7-8 in Houston, Texas, and the tracking begins now.
