The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) has ended its regular season and named its semifinalists for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Division III. With one exception, the higher seed hosts the Nov. 9 semifinal, and then the finalists head to Cambridge, Mass., for the three championships on Nov. 17.
